Hey DoS, what changed in the payment deploy checklist?

The new checklist is in the runbook and was discussed in #release-ops. Start with version tags, confirm the 3pm window, then watch payment latency during smoke tests.

DoS was an always-on company knowledge assistant for the flow of work.

The prototype let people ask out loud with "Hey DoS" or type into a text interface whenever they needed context. Teams could also open the company brain/wiki to browse and query shared knowledge directly.

Available at any moment

It stays on hand across your desktop, so people can ask for help before they leave the task or get stuck.

Company brain/wiki

Open the wiki to browse, search, and query shared context directly whenever you want the full source of company knowledge.

Guides the work itself

DoS can help on the fly by pointing people toward the right source, step, screen, or cursor action.

Connected company context

Use connectors for Slack, Google Drive, docs, wikis, and internal systems. Our customer graph-based backend maps the relationships between knowledge, teams, and workflows so answers carry real context.

01Guided practice

We start with what the learner knows and uncover what they don't, together.

02Retrieval

We ask the right questions so knowledge is pulled from memory, not guessed.

03Correction

We correct misunderstandings in the moment with clear, concise explanations.

04Repetition

We revisit key ideas over time to strengthen long-term retention.

05Accountability

Teams get visibility into understanding, not just completion.

1. Ingest knowledge base

Connect docs, wikis, policies, and SOPs while keeping company data private.

2. Ask DoS out loud

Say "Hey DoS" at any time while you work, or use the text interface, to query company knowledge or ask for help.

3. Get contextual guidance

DoS uses the screen, docs, and team context to answer, explain, or walk you through the next step.

4. Build understanding

Follow-up dialogue turns quick answers into durable knowledge your team can trust.
